Return Policy

Captain’s Auction Warehouse offers a 14 day return policy from the date order was received. Customers will be refunded the order amount less the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be previously approved by us by using our Return Authorization Form.  New equipment must be unopened in the original factory packaging. A 30% restocking fee will be subject to all returns in addition to return shipping costs. Customer is required to pay all shipping costs and we can help facilitate it with one of our carriers.

Items cannot be returned because of shipping delays, which are often out of our control. Items cannot be returned if they do not fit in your desired location, so please make the proper measurements to ensure your game will fit into the location. Please call for measurements on items where dimensions are not listed.

Games that are used, demo showroom items, sale or special order items cannot be returned for any reasons. All sales are final on these items.

Freight damaged merchandise may not be returned to us. We will assist you in filing a freight claim and with repairs.  Please contact us for assistance
